Our LLEP Skills for the Future 2018-2030 report is now available, and can be downloaded at the bottom of this page, along with supporting materials.
This report will help to inform our Local Industrial Strategy (to drive forward economic growth across Leicestershire), T-Level provision and careers delivery.
The information can be used by further education establishments, skills providers and new skills advisory boards to help plan their skills offers. It will be referenced in both the Industrial and Careers Strategies, and will inform future labour market resources to help young people and adults.
The skills research took place between May 2018-July 2018, and involved employer group feedback, one to one interviews, an online survey and consultation with stakeholders and recruitment agencies.

If you wish to cascade out key messages from the research to colleagues or clients, we have collated a set of Skills for the Future 2018-2030 slides, and a linked presentation that gives an insight from other skills surveys, plus notes, for you to use.
