Housing & Economic Development Needs Assessment
27th January 2017
The Housing and Economic Development Needs Assessment (HEDNA) has been commissioned by local authorities in Leicester and Leicestershire to assess future housing needs, the scale of future economic growth and the quantity of land and floorspace required for B-class economic development uses between 2011 and 2031/36.
The assessment provides us with evidence that will inform the statutory local plans by individual local planning authorities, a non-statutory Strategic Growth Plan for Leicester and Leicestershire and the refresh of the our Strategic Economic Plan.
A copy of the full report along with appendices and an executive summary are available to download below.
