Developing Commercial Workspace Pioneer Park

Project Summary

Pioneer Park is a project to build additional innovation facilities on a brownfield site between Dock – which has provided a base for technology businesses since 2013 – and the National Space Centre. Part of the new Loughborough and Leicester Science and Innovation Enterprise Zone.

The project addresses the shortage of premises in Leicester for growing technology-based companies. It will complement the adjacent Dock  scheme. Tenants are already lined up to move to the large premises that will be provided by the new Pioneer Park workspace.
