Manufacturing Growth Challenges 2018- Are you ready for Industrie 4.0?

LLEP Business Gateway, Norton Motorcycles Ltd and Quiet Storm Solutions Ltd present a FREE workshop for manufacturing businesses to gain an insight into developing their customer engagement strategy to meet the demands for faster product development and more agile manufacturing.

‘Manufacturing Growth Challenges 2018’ takes place on Wednesday 1st November, 8.00am- 11.30am at Norton Motorcycles, Donnington Hall, Castle Donnington.

This workshop is a must for manufacturing businesses who want to gain:

  • An insight into the future challenges and how other businesses have turned this into their advantage
  • A process driven approach to developing your customer centric strategy
  • A diagnostic tool to establish areas of focus

At this event attendees will hear from Stuart Garner, CEO of Norton Motorcycles, who will talk about how the Norton brand was developed with the customer in mind.

Steve Megson, Managing Director of Coaville based company, Quiet Storm Solutions Ltd will also be speaking at the event about growing your manufacturing business in the age of Industrie 4.0. Steve is an expert on customer engagement and the use of technology to enable smarter communications.

Steve said, “With factories becoming smarter and more internet connected and dependant than ever before, cyber physical systems are transforming how things are designed and made. It means customer engagement in the manufacturing sector is about to undergoing a seismic change. This workshop explores what’s coming and how manufacturing business will need to change to manage this cultural shift.”

This event is free to attend and run in partnership with the Growth Hub, LLEP Business Gateway, Norton Motorcycles (UK) Ltd and Quiet Storm Solutions Ltd. There will also be an opportunity to network and refreshments are provided.
