Saahera Mahomed, one of our Enterprise Co-ordinators, made her pitch to attendees to volunteer as Enterprise Advisers, and help shape careers education in our region.
We had input from small business owner and entrepreneur Mick Ventola, who shared his export journey in the field of LED lighting.
Finally Janaki Bhayani of the Business Intelligence and Readiness Directorate at BEIS gave an update on Brexit and took questions from delegates about the challenges their businesses may face.
