Just one week left to submit your views on our Local Industrial Strategy

We would like to remind you that there is just one week left to respond to our call to help develop the Local Industry Strategy for our region.

We invite you to respond to this call, share it with your business networks and encourage them to respond, too. The call closes on 31 January 2019.

Our Local Industrial Strategy will identify long-term priorities to improve skills, increase innovation and enhance business growth. It will guide investment in infrastructure based on the needs of the local economy.

Above all, it must be informed by an open and robust evidence base, prepared by the LLEP.

To do this, we have issued a call for evidence to all businesses and economic development stakeholders. Organisations from across the public, private and voluntary sectors are invited to submit their views and supporting evidence to help identify the key economic challenges and opportunities that should be addressed through the Local Industrial Strategy.

Private sector enterprises that have carried out economic research into their sector are invited to share their data to help build the evidence base. All views and expertise are welcome.

To respond to our call for evidence and have your say on the Local Industrial Strategy for Leicester and Leicestershire, simply follow the link below to the consultations hub that is hosting our call.  Here you will find all the information you need to know about the Local Industrial Strategy and the call for evidence.
