This free workshop, for creative businesses, will help you understand how to put your business plan together and provide you with some useful business planning tools.

Mahmood is the owner manager of Pro Active Resolutions, a business service organisation that provides accounting, training and management development and support services to the creative, not-for-profit and commercial sectors.

One of the purposes of a business plan is to demonstrate that we have considered and tried to understand the major risks involved, and that we have thought about how we may deal with those risks. A primary objective behind our Business Plan is to help realise our vision.
