Every business finds that repeat sales to existing customers are easier to get than new customers. However, many online shops are not set up to make the most of their existing customers. This workshop outlines how to encourage repeat sales and how to use your existing customers to help you find new customers.
The workshop will cover:
- Fulfillment standards
- Email marketing
- Customer segmentation
- Social media
- Upsells and cross-sells
- Developing customers into Fans

In order to apply for this workshop you must:
- Be a trading creative business with products and/or services ready for sale
- Be based in Leicester and Leicestershire
There will be a maximum of ten places on this workshop to allow for individual attention. Only one place is available per business. This FREE workshop would usually cost over £100 to attend.
