This event is delivered as part of the Collaborate Growing Business Together project and is specifically aimed at businesses based in Leicester and Leicestershire, with fewer than 250 employees (all other bookings will be respectfully declined).*

Phil is the Founding Director of Probe which was established in 2005. Phil’s entire career prior was within the Automotive Tier 1 sector where he developed his knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and many of the other core tools which are fundamental to World Class Manufacturing. The company can now boast many Blue Chip organisations as its clients, including the Mercedes F1 Team, Tata Steel, Sony, Robert Bosch, Ford Motor Company, Lockheed Martin, The Royal Mint, Kingspan, Grant Thornton LLP and Whirlpool.

We will highlight a clear story into industry and manufacturing, this policy update will also demonstrate some key influencing factors and growth areas that could prove vital to your own business growth.
We will also have an overview and update of the support available through the EDRF Collaborate project.
