In the latest Quarterly Economic Survey by East Midland Chamber (Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire) 67% of businesses said they attempted to recruit and 62% of these reported difficulties in recruiting. As a training and coaching expert, Chris has a passion for youth employment and employee engagement. He brings practical experience of competency based recruitment and has previously designed and built an award-winning apprenticeship and a graduate scheme.
