Collaborate for growth ethical compliance workshop

Is your recruitment strategy attracting the kind of candidates you want? In this session, aimed at those in professional services, HR, hiring roles or marketing,  we help you learn from the experience of other businesses covering how to engage, especially with young people, plus some key do’s and don’ts.

  • Are you struggling to attract the right candidates?
  • Are you reliant on recruitment agencies?
  • Would you like to save money?

In the latest Quarterly Economic Survey by East Midland Chamber (Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire) 67% of businesses said they attempted to recruit and 62% of these reported difficulties in recruiting. Access Generation CIC found that two out of three Leicestershire companies had a very poor or non-existent job or careers sections on their websites.

Currently the employment market is tightening, competition for young and experienced people is greater and costs associated with the use of agencies remains high. So, what can you do to take control of your recruitment?

Join Access Generation for a half-day workshop to learn from the experience and insights gained from research gained from over 200 Leicestershire companies. Find out the do’s and don’ts for the candidate journey, how to engage with young people, support content and employer brand to help you attract and recruit the right candidates.
